Sober Resources

The most important tool in my sober toolkit is books. I have always been a voracious reader so it makes sense that books would be a go to tool to help me quit drinking and support my ongoing sobriety. I've listed my favorites below. You'll notice that some of these, such as Brené Brown's book, Daring Greatly, don't specifically talk about drinking. However, these are invaluable resources when it comes to "doing the work," and supporting the personal growth and changes that many of us hope to see as a result of quitting drinking. I am always adding to this list so check back in for new recommendations.

Happy Reading!
